Autism Spectrum Disorder and Gender Theory have a striking number of things in common- increasingly we understand them both to operate on a spectrum and recent years have seen us move from a pathology model to a diversity model. We no longer see minority genders or sexualites as flaws or conditions, but as a fascinating form of diversity, so to are we just beginning to embrace the beauty of neurodiversity.
